Hammersmith Library trembled to the sound of rumbling volcanoes and roaring dinosaurs on Thursday, as our programme of craft events for the Summer Reading Challenge got off to an explosive start! Around 35 children attended and created their own prehistoric worlds.
Meanwhile, in another corner of the library, strange things were growing… as the children were also invited to create their own grass heads, provided by the lovely people from Hammersmith Community Gardens Association.
