There was a festive feel in Hammersmith and Fulham Libraries on Tuesday 23rd April 2013 as we celebrated World Book Night at Shepherds Bush Library.

Our author event was fantastic with 25 book lovers gathered to hear author Linda Stratmann talk about some of her published works.
Pictured below is a cake designed and donated for the event by Mrs. Foley of Dulce Baking which was served among other refreshments to the audience which received rave reviews.

Our enthusiastic book givers handed out over 150 World Book Day titles to passers-by on the Westfield site, many of whom looked pleasantly surprised to receive the books and stated that they would pass it on to family and friends.
